Building Bridges is a multi stage photographic essay project, developed through exchanges between students from Barnsley and Newham Colleges, that will visually document the regeneration of both boroughs in the run up to the 2012 Olympics.

Going for Gold

Education

Going for Gold is an athletics project connecting the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games with positive opportunities to increase physical activity for the young people of Rotherham. Working with 20 schools across four different areas, this innovative programme is aimed at 1500 young people aged between 8 and 11 years.

Kirklees Youth Games

Education

The 'Kirklees Youth Games' is an ongoing programme of sport and sport-related activities. It is designed to provide opportunities and inspiration for children to participate in and progress in sport - from first steps to the pinnacles of achievement. The Kirklees Youth Games, with the School Sport Partnerships at its centre, raises awareness of existing sports activity.
