A fantastic opportunity to hear from the Chief Executive of LOCOG (London Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games). Our keynote speaker, Paul Deighton will provide an excellent insight into the latest developments on the Olympic Park and how Yorkshire businesses can get involved.
Speakers will include representatives from YGBC and Yorkshire Forward explaining how they will support businesses to identify what opportunities are available and take an active role in giving Yorkshire organisations the very best chance to win the work, either alone or as part of a collaboration. We will offer practical advice about how to gain a real advantage and on winning work on major projects such as the £16bn Cross Rail, the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, The Commonwealth Games, Leeds Bradford Airport, Heathrow Terminal 6 & 3rd runway expansion and Transport for London upgrades.
