Sport in the Community Roadshow - London 2012 Open Weekend Event
25.07.09. Firth Park, Hucklow Road, Sheffield.
In celebration of the London 2012 Open Weekend, Sheffield City Council's Activity Sheffield service has put on a Sport in the Community roadshow. This event is part of the Sheffield-Lighting the Flame events happening across the city. The sports on offer will be Olympic and Paralympic themed, so come long and try: Athletics - track and field, hurdles, standing Long Jump, Javelin and sprints. Also on offer is Basketball and Volleyball which will be delivered by City of Sheffield Volleyball Players! The Paralympic sport of Boccia will also be played.
